Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you wish to check in early or check out late, you can make a request during booking.

Pets are not allowed at Villa Nieuwland.

When staying in one of the three Bed and Breakfast rooms, the use of an extensive breakfast buffet in the breakfast room on the ground floor is included. If you have any dietary requirements (for example lactose-free, gluten-free, or vegan) please indicate these at the time of reservation.

When staying in the holiday home Waddenzicht, breakfast is not included. It can be added for € 15,00 per person and will be delivered to the holiday home in a basket.
